Not much to say about this one really.
Just keep watching…
Apologise for the amount of quick and lazy video posts.
We’ll get back to some more substantial content shortly.

Be Responsible, Be Creative, Recycle
With PC’s becoming more powerful and MUCH cheaper day-by-day, we all face the problem of what to do with the old boat-anchor that takes forever to boot up and even longer to get anything done. You could just chuck it out on the footpath and let urban-nature take it’s course. Or you could get some creative ideas from todays video.

Worlds Scariest Billboard
So I’m out doing regular Saturday afternoon things about town and walking back to the WD Mobile with my bounty from the hardware mega-store. I turn a corner and THIS jumps out at me. If you think this picture is scary, then let me tell you it’s NOTHING compared to being in the presence of this… this… THING.
And this is not a small sign. It’s a good 4-5m high and 10-12m across. But you want to know the SCARIEST part of all… There’s another one, just like it, facing the other direction, presumably to scare the same highway commuters as they return home each night. As if they didn’t have enough to deal with already.
You can click HERE to view the actual location of WSB in Google Maps. So you’ll know where NOT to go. You can see it just above the centre, above the redish dirt, and the white walking path. That’s it, casting it’s evil shadow as it points out towards the unsuspecting traffic. And if you’re feeling extra brave you can click on the image above to view the GIANT version. Go on.. I dare you.

Another Autumn Saturday Afternoon
Another awesome day for an afternoon beach walk and to snap some
phonecam pics to slowly simmer over the electronic stove,
into a panorama pic for the WD readers to view.
Hope you enjoy it. As always, click to view larger version.
The same stretch of coast line, but a different beach to last weeks pics.

VOTD: A Firey Rube Goldberg Device
You’ve seen RUBE GOLDBERG devices in videos, you’ve seen them in cartoons, and television commercials. Not sure what the heck we’re talking about. It one of THESE things… "Ahhh.. those… I’ve seen those. why didn’t you just SAY that to begin with…"
Well I’m tipping you’ve not seen one like his before…
The definition of a Rube Goldberg machine is "accomplishing by extremely complex roundabout means what actually or seemingly could be done simply" Sound like anyone you know ?
Another more specific definition is "A machine or device is any exceedingly complex apparatus that performs a very simple task in a very indirect and convoluted way"
If you happen live near this guy and notice your cat, or first born is missing for several days, suggest you check the intarwebs for the latest Rube Goldberg video.

This Must Have Taken Ages To Do
So now we know what happens in movie theatres between session while we’re all standing outside waiting to see the latest greatest box office success "Snakes On A MF Plane" or "Rambo Part VII - Babmbi’s Revenge".
For those of you too young to truly appreciate and remember the phenomena, you can read all about SPACE INVADERS here on the intarwebs, which itself seemed as far fetched as videos games back in 1978.
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
You can CLICK HERE to play the original
SPACE INVADERS right inside your browser window.
Go the FULL SCREEN option too.
